Suzanne Ribemont-Dessaignes and ditions Gallimard, which allowed us to reissue the text that Georges Ribemont-Dessaignes devoted to his friend Man Ray in 1930, published the same year in the collection "Peintres nouveaux" This reissue, with the forewords of Jean Cassou and Maurice Nadeau, accompanies the exhibition, Dj jadis: Autour de Georges Ribemont-Dessaignes, un crivain et ses amis, designed and produced under the direction of Henri Maccheroni, at the Villa Arson, Centre National des Arts Plastiques Nice.

This book, printed after the model of Claude Mzier, is printed in M examples, all numbered. Finished printing on the presses of l'imprimerie Mussot in Paris, on September 28, 1984.
