My package says “Returned to Sender.” What happens next?
You will need to pay additional shipping fees to resend the item.

What's the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds — the only difference is how they formed. Lab-grown typically costs less per carat, so it stretches your budget further for size or quality. We carry both, and every stone is independently certified either way.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes — every diamond we sell is certified by GIA or IGI, independent labs that verify the stone's cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
Can I buy a loose diamond and have it set into a ring later?
Yes — that's exactly how our ring builder works. Choose your loose diamond, then pair it with a setting to create a finished ring.
What shapes and carat sizes do you carry?
Round, oval, princess, cushion, pear, emerald, and more, spanning a wide range of carat weights. Use the live search tool on the page to filter by shape, carat, color, and clarity.
Is the 25% discount already reflected in the price shown?
Yes — it's applied automatically at checkout on qualifying loose stones. No code needed.
Do you sell colored gemstones, or only diamonds?
Both — our loose stone selection includes sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and other gemstones alongside diamonds.
