Shipping Policy
- General Information
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after full payment is received (these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed). Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers across the U.S., depending on item location. If there are any unforeseen shipping delays, you will be notified via email with an updated shipping estimate. Once a package leaves our facility, we have no control over delivery issues, including missed delivery attempts or problems with the provided shipping address. For any delivery concerns, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
In accordance with SEUYCO's fraud protection policies, all items must be shipped to the address listed during checkout.
Shipping Carriers: We use all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). Requests to ship via a specific carrier can be made but may incur additional fees. Items shipped to a PO Box must use USPS. Once a package leaves our facility, SEUYCO is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages during transit.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping: SEUYCO offers free domestic shipping to the 48 contiguous states on many items (see exclusions below). Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be calculated and added to your order after checkout. Certain products are excluded from free shipping due to size, weight, value, or special handling requirements. Examples include:
- Oversized items (furniture, large artwork)
- High-value items (fine jewelry, rare collectibles) requiring additional insurance
- Fragile items (glassware, antiques) needing special handling
Shipping costs for these items will be displayed at checkout. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
- International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.
- Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SEUYCO is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refusal to pay these fees will result in the item being abandoned or returned to sender, and in either case, the customer forfeits the purchase unless reshipment fees are paid.
- Damages
SEUYCO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact the carrier or our support team within 3 days of delivery to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging and damaged goods and provide photos for the claim process.
- Returns & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective. If you receive a defective item, contact us at support@seuyco.com with details and images of the defect. We will review and provide instructions for return if approved. Once the return is approved, you can send the item to:
