Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Process
Most items are shipped to SEUYCO’s fulfillment center for verification and quality control prior to delivery. Once received, items are processed and prepared for shipment to their final destination.
Certain items may be drop-shipped directly from our vetted partners. All drop-shipped items come from suppliers who have completed SEUYCO’s onboarding and quality assurance process and meet our standards for authenticity and condition.
The standard shipping timeframe for all orders is 5–10 business days from the date full payment is received.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after full payment is received. These processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Orders may ship from SEUYCO fulfillment centers or directly from approved partner locations, depending on the item’s storage location.
If any unforeseen delays occur, SEUYCO will notify customers via email with an updated shipping estimate.
3. Shipping and Delivery Responsibilities
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, SEUYCO is not responsible for delivery-related issues, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays
- Missed delivery attempts
- Delivery errors resulting from the address provided at checkout

Failure to retrieve packages from carrier pickup locations
Customers must contact the carrier directly for any delivery concerns using the tracking information provided at shipment.
4. Fraud Prevention & Shipping Address Requirements
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, all orders must be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
SEUYCO cannot update, modify, or reroute a shipping address after payment has been received, regardless of circumstance.
This policy applies to all domestic and international orders without exception.
5. Domestic Shipping
SEUYCO offers free domestic shipping to the 48 contiguous United States on many items.
Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and items excluded from free shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment. SEUYCO cannot add or modify shipping costs after checkout.
Items excluded from free shipping may include:
- Oversized items (e.g., furniture, large artwork)
- High-value items requiring additional insurance (e.g., fine jewelry, rare collectibles)

Delicate or fragile items requiring special handling
For all excluded items, shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Customers should contact SEUYCO prior to purchase with any questions regarding shipping cost or eligibility to support@seuyco.com.
6. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, SEUYCO will send a confirmation email containing tracking number(s) from info@seuyco.com.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to activate in the carrier’s system.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, all customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. SEUYCO does not collect or remit these fees and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If a customer refuses to pay required customs fees, the shipment may be returned or abandoned by the carrier. In either case, the customer forfeits the purchase unless they pay all reshipment and carrier-return fees.
8. Damages & Lost Packages
SEUYCO is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact the carrier and SEUYCO Customer Support within 3 days of delivery.
- Retain all original packaging and the damaged item(s).
- Provide photographs as required for claim submission.
Claims submitted outside the 3-day window may not be eligible for review by the carrier. Please send all emails to: support@seuyco.com
9. Returned-to-Sender Shipments
If a package is returned to SEUYCO or one of our partner fulfillment centers as “Returned to Sender,” the customer is responsible for all additional shipping and handling (S&H) fees required to resend the item.
This applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
Returned-to-sender situations may occur due to:
- Missed or unattempted delivery attempts
- Failure to retrieve packages from a carrier pickup location
- Refusal of delivery
- Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses
- Signature-required packages not being signed for
- Inability to modify delivery details after shipment

Customer relocation without updating address at checkout
These circumstances are beyond SEUYCO’s control and do not qualify for waived reshipment fees.
Reshipment fees must be paid in full prior to re-dispatching any returned item.
